TB Bargaining Begins! Show Your Support [ May 27, 2018 ]
Come and support our Treasury Board bargaining teams as they head to the bargaining table this week. The teams, that represent over 90,000 members of the PA, SV, TC and EB groups, are ready and motivated to negotiate solid improvements.
When: Wednesday May 30, 2018 – 12 PM to 1 PM
Where: In front of 56 Sparks Street, Ottawa.
Together, let’s show the government that it needs to come to the table with a deal that reflects its stated commitment to the public service. As next year’s federal election gets closer, let’s use this opportunity to put extra pressure on the government to negotiate fairly and quickly.
After two years of hardships under Phoenix, PSAC members continue to show up to work every day and deliver the services Canadians depend on, even though they are not getting paid correctly, or paid at all. This government promised a new and respectful relationship with public service workers, but that didn’t happen when the Liberals ignored our warnings and went ahead and implemented Phoenix. The Trudeau government now has another chance to demonstrate respect for its workers.
